People were accepting of us but we didn’t always feel fully invited in; there were countless times we needed to re-work paperwork and plans to fit our relationship structure, and I knew that there had to be a better way.
Now I get to be that accepting and affirming wedding vendor for others, and my own experience lives in everything I do. I've spent years advocating for and affirming others in the LGBTQ+ community, sponsoring and photographing for local equity initiatives, and building a process that doesn't just include you on paper, but was actually built with you in mind.
When wedding planning with my wife, it often felt like we needed to ask permission to be fully seen as ourselves.

I have spent a lot of time building up queer (and neurodivergent) community around me of all types, and I sponsor and photograph for a local equity initiative that hosts pride over two days in the first week of June. It's helped me realize that I was never broken, I was just different and didn't find my people that had patience and also loved the quirky things that made me who I am.
The flowers you see throughout my brand are all very intentionally chosen for personal meaning their symbolism has for me. I've even got them tattooed on my body!
My wife and I love going to drag shows, musical theater, or really any other type of fun entertainment. I also bowl in a gay bowling league!
I live with my wife of 7 years, we met before my transition on OKCupid, and got married months before I really had language for being nonbinary. We have 2 dogs that we've adopted from a rescue, one was a foster fail. (We have fostered probably over 20 dogs!) We love bringing our dogs on adventures with us.
